Thank you for your desire to participate in this study about health information found online. This study is being conducted by Sarah Showalter for the purpose of a master’s thesis completion. The study will involve watching a health information video, answering questions about the content of that video, and providing general demographic information. • My participation in this study is completely anonymous and my participation in this study will not be traced. Any reference to or conclusions drawn from this study will be statistical in nature and will not disclose any telling demographic information that might indicate a specific participant.
